Unleashing Innovation in Building & Infrastructure Asset Management

Building and maintaining trust through collaboration and a transparent open approach is our constant goal.

We prioritize early understanding of the ‘value’ our clients seek to maximize, ensuring the assets entrusted to us deliver the expected results.

Differenciators:

  • Broad scope “single-point” PM & Designer team player.
  • Vision focused on transparency, traceability and the organization of information using cutting-edge technological tools.
  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology.
  • Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) philosophy.
  • Propietary asset management system (gA) facilitating collaborative online work environment.
NAICS Codes:
  • 541310
Architectural Design (Residential, Institutional, & Commercial)
  • 541340
    Drafting
  • 541611
Administrative Management & General Management Consulting

We use statistical and data management methodologies to analyze and synthesize information for our client’s users, communicating through clear, relevant, and visually appealing reports and interfaces.

Some methodologies we use and processes we are currently developing:

  • BIM (Building Information Modeling): For developing and managing design information and digitizing physical world assets.
  • Rendering of Virtual Models (images & video) with commercial software.
  • MBSE (Model-Based System Engineering): Systems engineering practices based on models for the definition, design, manufacturing, and construction of fixed assets.
  • EVM: Budget control using the Earned Value Method.
  • OPM (Object-Process Methodology): Theories for studying the relationship between objects, processes, and environments.
  • CPM (Critical Path Method): Utilizing this method as part of open workflow analysis and tracking with commercial software.
  • Data Cleaning / Data Organizing: Procedures for treating raw source information.
  • Statistical analysis with commercial software.
  • Predictive linear models.
  • Organizing information in relational databases and presenting it in desktop and mobile user interfaces.

We operate on a fixed-fee basis, avoiding the conflicts of interest that bonus-driven schemes can introduce into our work.

We enthusiastically support transparency initiatives, accountability, and anti-corruption practices that our clients and the relevant authorities implement and regulate for the projects and operating contracts we engage in.

Years of service with specific clients (updated to 2024):

Technical support in infrastructure & building projects Orva Ingeniería – MEXICO: 13

Technical support & administrative support at Guadalajara-Colima toll highway. Ingeniería y Economía del Transporte – MEXICO: 14

Technical support in infrastructure projects. Grupo Triada – MEXICO: 8

We use document management procedures that create links between the components of the asset and the documents that validate decisions about its design, as well as the quality of its inputs and processes for manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and operation.

We can model parts and components of the assets of interest through virtual objects, relating them to the processes that affect them throughout their lifecycle, ensuring interoperability between the various systems and platforms involved in a given project.

We keep document and evidence repositories up to date, focusing on traceability and material documentation requirements specified by our client.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We manage projects and processes related to fixed assets, both in building and infrastructure types.

We lead projects effectively, from the initial assessments to commissioning.

  • Governing Processes:
    • Initial diagnosis
    • Strategic planning
    • Information management
    • Risk management
    • Change management

  • INTEROPERABILITY

We are interested in initiatives for interoperability among the various commercial fixed asset management systems in the industry.

Platforms used:

  • For planning, monitoring, and management: ClickUp® or MS Project ®.
  • For budget control and document management, we use our internal systems or those specified by the client.
  • For BIM processes, ArchiCAD ® (compatible with AutoDesk ®  and Bentley Systems ® products).
  • For rendering images/videos of 3D models: TwinMotion ®.
  • For rendering images/videos of 3D models: TwinMotion ®.
  • R® for statistical analysis.

We are currently enhancing our practices to transform information into virtual, graphic, and analytical objects, pursuing integration with emerging platforms that will provide “metaverse-like” interfaces.

gA* is an open-source system, customizable to each client’s needs.
